The Ibanez SZ720FM Electric Guitar

The Ibanez SZ720FM Electric Guitar

"Simply Amazing!" This is a great guitar. I have so many good things to say I don't know where to begin. The sound is excellent, very warm and full. Throw on distortion and this thing can scream esp. on the bridge pup. It has 9 for features because it only has a 3 way switch instead of 5-way, but that's all you really need. The hardware is top notch and everything feels really pro. Neck is pretty fast, inlays are done perfectly, beatiful binding. I love the tuners, they are incredibly accurate and this guitar stays in tune very well. Also the bridge is awesome! It's so comfortable. Middle position on selector gives you a stratier sound. Quality is A-grade all around. And I almost forgot, the finish is simply beautiful, I can't get over how good it looks. This thing is really pro and wasn't too big a hit on my wallet. Great guitar.. you should buy it. - weenrocks76

Guitar Tab

The Ibanez SZ720FM Electric Guitar

For a guitar company you must constantly change and improve your products or you won't evolve. Furthermore, we know this is the essence of survival. Of course the proof is always in the pudding - Guitar Design, where the manufactures subtly refine and improve upon each successful design.

Almost two decades ago, Ibanez introduced the S series guitar - a long scale, whammy-equipped, double-cut-away axe with a slim profile. While the entire S series is very much alive, the SZ is one of the latest offspring, offering a hard-tailed, set-neck spin on the original S design.

Feature:

The only problem I have with the features is the could have use better knobs, instead of those metal ones. All The features on this guitar look better than I could have imagined from the pictures on the internet to seeing it in person. The flame inlays all the way through the neck kills the other SZ models. The transparent black, with the maple top is a rare color that looks flawless. The mother of pearl as an outline on the outside of the guitar give it a classic guitar feel.

Quality:

This product is tough my little sister already droped it and nothing happend to it other than sracthes. the features are very sturdy. all the electronics work perfectly and was setup out of the box.

Value:

I payed $500.00 in a small guitar shop. This guitar values at $599.00, but this guitar can easily be priced at $1000.00. It is an EXCELLENT buy, I would recommend this guitar to anyone.

Desirability:

The flame top and neck inlays make it very appealing. This guitar can't get any better looking with the flames mother pearl, and the tranparent black body, plus the set neck, and the through body stringing.

Sound:

This guitar sounds awsome. My Dad owns a Ibanez destroyer II X series, The Phil Collen model, and this sz sounds better than that with it stock pick-ups. This guitar has is made for the rockers and the metal heads.

Support:

Haven't had to use.

Overall:

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE METAL SOUND COMING OUT OF THIS GUITAR PERFECTLY AND AM READY TO PLAY LIVE WITH IT. If it were stolen I would hunt em down and... but I think it is irreplaceable in terms of my tone and guitar arsenal.
